The pressure hose sprung several leaks today, this is only the 2nd time I used this machine. I contacted Amazon but it was one week past my return option date; I sent an email to Rock & Rocker and will update my opinion based on their response, but as of today, I would not recommend this product, it didn’t last more than a couple hours.22.0713 UPDATE: Winnie at Rock & Rocker’s Customer Service was wonderful to work with, timely and agreeable resolutions all via email. She replaced the hose right away and when I hooked it up and turned on the machine, it worked for less than a split-second before shutting down and then there was nothing. I again wrote to Winnie and requested a full refund, which was promptly returned within a few days via PayPal. I am working on getting the unresponsive machine returned to Rock and Rocker. Although the machine did not perform to my satisfaction, it may have just been a “lemon” but my experience with their Customer Service restored my faith in the company and I may purchase a different item from them at a later date.Easy to use, I wish it had a bit more power, it takes me twice as long to clean.Was easy to use and worked great!First off this product has been used. Not only that but the PSI advertised states that the machine is 2300, which on the box says completely different. I haven’t used it yet, but so far I’m not happy about the false advertisement and the condition the machine came in. I will update once I use it to see if it actually does what it “claims” it does.House siding and car and driveway.We love it. And thankyou for getting it here for Father's day.
