I got this mainly just for small jobs where I don't want to drag out the big pressure washer and do all the connecting to water and power. This seemed like it would be much easier and faster for small jobs like spraying pollen off the deck and patio furniture, cleaning the front steps, etc.I followed all the instructions but had a heck of a time getting the thing to draw any water in. They claim it should be self-priming, but no. I tried and tried, and almost gave up and returned it. The only way I finally got this thing working was to disconnect the intake line and submerge it in the 5 gallon bucket of water I had, then re-connect it, turn the pressure washer on and blow into the end of the tube to force the water into the machine. Once I did that it FINALLY started pulling in water on its own and working as it should. I'm hoping I don't have to go through all that every time in the future.Once working, it does a good job and I was able to clean quite a bit with just that 5 gallon bucket of water. I could clean our whole deck and all the furniture with 2 buckets of water, so it's quite efficient, while producing good spray pressure.It also comes with lots of accessories, like a foam cannon, which would be great for washing the car, and several different spray tips.I will update more once I've had more time to use it, but so far it works well, once I got it working.This item is useful anywhere there is water available but no power. The siphon hose draws the water in and pumps it out through the device. The siphon hose has a screen filter that attaches to the end to keep crud from getting sucked up into the machine. This is a battery-powered machine so it won't have the same pressure as the gas powered unit but for camping fishing or off-roading It can certainly help with getting your items cleaned up.This is great ! Instead of dragging out our large power washer on wheels then getting gas for it. This product is perfect !Instructions are incredibly lame.Assembly is not very intuitive. Note that finger tight is NOT ENOUGH...it WILL spray water all over you. Use a wrench.But the most unforgivable is...I got maybe three minutes of continued use before an internal leak shorted out the motor and resulted in clouds of smoke coming out of the air vents of the unit. Yep, this thing is not made well at all.In sum - skip this thing. Just walk on by, ignore it and look for something made by people who give a darn. This...isn't it.Absolute garbage.
