As you would expect from any writings of the late prolific Rod McKuen, if you are a long standing fan, as I am, it is always hard to put his books down. This is no exception, it is very powerful and without a doubt he most certainly loved and honoured his Country (pity here in England we don't). Rod had strong opinions and you will see them here. I know its many, years ago this was written and you cannot help feel that there were much better times than now.
