First time I ever fixed a power window on my own with this perfect fit part and it was easy to do. It works great so I will use this part again if my other windows need replacement.I purchased the TYC 660214 window regulator despite that fact that it was not listed for my 2007 Saab 9-7x. However, for the price I figured it was worth taking a chance since the Saab is a clone of the Trailblazer / Envoy / Bravada line. The part arrived and it took me about 2 1/2 hours on the job, from start to finish. Saved me over $300. The part was not identical to the original GM part, but in fact it looks superior to me. Whereas the cable routing to the motor on the GM version had a sharp bend from the motor coupling - where the original part failed - the TYC part has a wider radius bend where the cable attaches to the motor. As a result, I expect there will be less stress at that point. The downside is that you barely have enough distance between the two tracks to hit the mounting brackets. It will fit however, just be patient, mount the tracks first with the top bolts and then manipulate it around one track at a time until the bottom holes line up.The original GM part failed on my vehicle after 5 years of generally light use. We'll see if this one lasts longer!I bought this three years ago on Amazon and installed it on my mom's car. Recently she said that her window wasn't working again. We took apart her door and saw that the plastic piece that rides the rail on the right side had broken off. The plastic piece on the left rail was really wobbly and popped off with almost no effort. I don't know which regulator I'm going to buy this time, but it certainly won't be this one! This product was great. I am not a car repair-woman at all but even I know this is a great product at a great price. It was going to cost me 150 dollars to get my window fixed but instead, I ordered the part on Amazon for a great price and I was able to put the part in 15 minutes. This part was better quality than the one that was came stock in my trailblazer!I installed this window regulator because I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg to have some one do it. The price was right and the instruction were good. I saved hundreds because this product was available. After the install the results were more the satisfactory. The window went up and down faster then before the old one broke. I am pleased with this productArrived a day later than promised. Window moves up and down slower than before, but is working. Installation is simple even for a non mechanic such as myself.Easy install once you find the location of the hidden screws holding the door panel; there are videos on line that can help. The TYC replacement regulator is somewhat slower than the originalit was defective, would not let widow sit right. Scratched my new window tint on widow. Had to call company factory several times to see why it was doing that. Finally after several weeks of trying get some one to talk to, I finally did speak with a team tech member, said that it may be off some when it was made. Did everything possible to try to get the window to sit right. But It just wouldn't, no matter what. It also would not roll down flush, when down. They told me to send it back in for refund.
