Unsure why but the port used to plug into and charge the device has shifted away from where the silicone indicates it is, and for that reason, I'm unable to find and connect the charger to the device. Tried several times to find the notch but because I couldnt see the port (bc of silicone cover) I felt like I was forcing the charger around the mechanical parts and that I would ruin it- just trying to charge
